Ascendo-Resources is seeking a Billing Clerk for an immediate 3–6 month project. The role is remote/open to candidates throughout South Florida, with a hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate will have prior billing experience in professional services, strong attention to detail, and comfort handling high-volume billing while meeting deadlines. You will collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate invoices and documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous billing experience within professional services is required.
• Must reside in South Florida and be able to work a hybrid schedule.
• Immediately available and able to start next week.
• Experience with high-volume billing and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client invoices accurately and on time
• Review billing information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain billing records and supporting documentation
• Assist with account reconciliations and billing adjustments
• Research and resolve billing-related questions
• Work closely with accounting and internal teams
• Support additional billing projects as needed
