Job Title: Billing Implementation Specialist I

Job Location: Boca Raton, FL

Contract Duration: 6+ months

Required Skills

• Current (within 6 months) and minimum 2 years’ experience in Billing.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and other functions.
• Strong analytical skills with creativity and latitude.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the billing field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Typically reports to a manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer-facing duties and determine electronic or custom billing needs.
• Participate in implementation of new accounts requiring electronic and/or custom billing.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Implementation teams, and customers to determine requirements.
• Complete customer electronic billing setup, processing, and update requests.
• Meet all specified deadlines for electronic billing set ups, billing distribution, providing billing samples, and assigned projects.
• Follow up with customers after their initial billing to confirm proper flow and meet expectations.
• Identify and resolve billing issues with prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, properly stored account/implementation notes and records pertaining to customer billing.
• Document and update customer needs for billing.
• Create, send, modify, enhance and streamline electronic billing files for large complex B2B customers.

Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
