Aston Carter is seeking a Billing Analyst for a 100% remote, contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a West Coast schedule. You will maintain billing accuracy, process invoices, and collaborate with a finance team to ensure timely revenue collection.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, customer service, and experience with high-volume invoicing and ERP systems. Pacific Time availability is required.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience.
• Experience managing high-volume invoice processing.
• Strong understanding of billing operations and collections processes.
• Vendor onboarding and vendor management experience.
• Experience using Google Sheets.

Mansioni

• Prepare and submit client invoices according to contractual agreements.
• Manage a high-volume billing workload of approximately 125-200 invoices per week.
• Gather and validate billing information from multiple sources.
• Review invoice data for accuracy before submission.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.
• Process debit and credit memos as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections efforts.
• Send payment reminders and communicate with customers regarding account balances.
• Support vendor onboarding and vendor management activities.
• Assist with vendor invoice processing and payment authorization workflows.
• Reconcile billing and payment information within accounting systems.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to support month-end processes.
