Aston Carter is seeking a Billing Analyst for a 100% remote, contract-to-hire engagement. You will manage high-volume invoicing, support clients, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely revenue collection.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in billing, invoicing or accounts receivable, proficiency with Google Sheets and ERP systems, and strong attention to detail. This role is based out of Kirkland, WA and requires PT availability.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience.
• Experience managing high-volume invoice processing.
• Strong understanding of billing operations and collections processes.
• Vendor onboarding and vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and submit client invoices according to contractual agreements.
• Manage a high-volume billing workload of approximately 125-200 invoices per week.
• Gather and validate billing information from multiple sources.
• Review invoice data for accuracy before submission.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.
• Process debit and credit memos as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections efforts.
• Send payment reminders and communicate with customers regarding account balances.
• Assist with vendor invoice processing and payment authorization workflows.
• Reconcile billing and payment information within accounting systems.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to support month-end processes.
