Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners in a remote setting. You will calculate, generate, and deliver invoices using Oracle and spreadsheet templates, process memos, and review contracts to ensure accurate terms and rates.

The role involves peer reviews, reconciliations, responding to inquiries, and supporting month-end close with defined controls, working with global stakeholders and BPO partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, and Mode BI Reporting.
• Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
• Follow defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests.
