Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners. You will calculate, generate, and deliver invoices using Oracle templates and spreadsheets, while handling credit and debit memos and reviewing contracts.

You will support month-end close, audits, and work with Salesforce, JIRA, Mode BI, and Oracle Fusion in a remote, globally-dispersed team. The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, and Mode BI Reporting.
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
• Follow defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests.
