Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners. The role includes invoicing, memo processing, and applying billing terms using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.

You will review contracts and SOPs, perform reconciliations, and respond to inquiries in a remote, globally collaborative environment. The position requires experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting, plus strong Excel and Google Workspace skills.

Competenze

• Experience with B2B billing operations in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, and BI reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners with accurate invoice calculations and timely delivery.
• Process credit and debit memos according to approved requests.
