Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Billing Analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners in a fully remote contract role. You will calculate, generate, and deliver invoices using Oracle and spreadsheet templates, while applying contract terms and rates.

You’ll review memos, process disputes, and support month-end close. Collaboration with global stakeholders, including BPO partners, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B billing operations in SaaS or ecommerce environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce CRM workflows.
• Ability to process memos and support month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners.
• Generate and deliver invoices using templates and Oracle tools.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Support month-end close and audit requests.
