Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners in a remote setting. Responsibilities include invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates, plus processing memos and reviewing contracts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
• Ability to work remotely with global stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and BI tools.

Aufgaben

• Execute B2B billing operations: invoice calculation, generation and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
• Support month-end close and audit requests.
