Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners. This remote role handles invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates, and processes memos per approved requests while ensuring terms and rates align with contracts.

You will review contracts, perform reconciliations, respond to inquiries, and support month-end close and audits.

Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, and Mode BI Reporting.
Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
Ability to work remotely with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners.

Responsabilités

Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
Review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
Perform peer reviews and reconcilations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
Follow defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests.
