Job summary

NMS is seeking a Remote Billeting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day billeting operations for personnel supporting the Security division at a remote camp in Alaska. The role provides leadership to billeting staff, ensures efficient lodging assignments, and coordinates travel while maintaining high customer service.

The successful candidate must be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and lead a team through changing operational demands, with a two weeks on / two weeks off rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of directly related billeting supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (last 3 years).
• Excellent customer service and confidentiality skills.
• Proficient with office equipment and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily billeting operations across remote camp locations.
• Lead, train, and evaluate billeting staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee travel logistics and timely execution of arrangements.
• Develop schedules, rotations, and staffing plans to meet demand.
• Monitor office workflows and complete administrative tasks and reports.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated customer service issues.
