UNAVAILABLE is seeking a Remote Camp Operations Manager to oversee a remote Alaska camp's Food Service and Housekeeping. You will ensure NMS standards, policies, and strong client relations while building a One Team culture.

The role demands leadership, budgeting, safety compliance, and the ability to manage multiple teams with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of college training in business field or equivalent managerial experience.
• Seven years in remote camp/hospitality management with supervisory responsibilities.
• Must pass pre-employment checks and have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of remote camp activities including Food Service and Housekeeping.
• Lead and coach staff, drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop operating budgets and ensure expenditures stay within budget.
• Establish procedures and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain relationships with clients and resolve issues to keep communications open.
• Direct staff scheduling, performance reviews and training activities.
• Lead One Team culture and coordinate with other areas as needed.
• Prepare bid materials and menus for catering contracts.
