Davies North America is seeking a Remote Transportation Casualty Adjuster (Bilingual) to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve BI/CGL/CL claims arising from transportation operations. Requires strong Spanish skills and 5+ years in liability or transportation claims.

Role offers permanent full-time employment with remote work options and a competitive compensation package in the $75,000–$88,000 yearly range, depending on location and experience. Reporting to Matthew Stringham.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish (fluent speak/read).
• Claims adjusting licenses as required by jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices.
• Experience handling BI, CGL, or transportation-related claims preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Proficiency with claims management systems and related technology.
• Active adjuster license(s) or ability to obtain as required.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Manages moderate complexity claims involving BI and commercial liability exposures.
• Conducts more independent coverage analysis and claim strategy decisions.
• May handle files with attorney representation and moderate litigation activity.
• Demonstrates developing expertise in transportation claims.
