Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team. This remote role welcomes bilingual English and Spanish speakers and focuses on delivering outstanding customer service to learners, instructors, and organizations.

You will answer inbound calls and emails, maintain accounts, and assist with basic troubleshooting while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from learners and instructors and resolve issues.
• Maintain account records and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Meet production targets for call handling and email metrics.
• Provide support and guidance to volunteers while following SOPs.
