Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice offering part-time and full-time licensed clinical psychologist roles (PhD/PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours weekly (1099) or 25 hours weekly (W2) with flexible scheduling, focusing on Spanish-speaking older adults from home.

We provide dedicated support, AI documentation tools, CEUs, and opportunities for clinical leadership, with competitive per-session pay and employer-backed benefits for W2 clinicians.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in California.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish – able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting.
• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
