Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice delivering psychotherapy to older adults from the comfort of home. We handle caseloads and admin so clinicians can focus on patient care.

We offer part-time and full-time roles for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) nationwide, with Florida licensure required, and bilingual English/Spanish capability. Clinicians work remotely with per-session pay and optional W2 benefits including a 401(k) with employer matching.

Formación

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Florida.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to conduct therapy sessions in Spanish.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
