Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with customers via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to on-prem and SaaS Seagull software and printer drivers.
• Escalate issues to higher support tiers when needed.
• Research and answer questions about software capabilities for resellers and end users.
• Document details of support tickets and contribute to Knowledge Base.
