Job summary

Seagull Software, LLC is seeking a self-motivated technical support contractor to provide bilingual English-Spanish/Portuguese assistance for on-prem and SaaS solutions. You will handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to documentation while collaborating across Engineering, IT, QA, and Sales.

This is a remote LATAM contract with weekend shifts possible. We require 2+ years in tech support, fluency in English and one of Spanish/Portuguese, Windows

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a technical support representative.
• Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and work independently.
• Some shifts may require weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with external customers by email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for on-prem and SaaS solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when needed.
• Document and bill tickets; contribute to Knowledge Base.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, QA and Sales.
• Assist with report writing and product documentation.
• Provide a World-Class customer experience.
