Job summary

BarTender by Seagull Software is seeking a self-motivated technical support specialist for a 3-month remote contract in the US. You will handle bilingual customer inquiries, troubleshoot enterprise software issues, and collaborate with Engineering, IT, QA and Sales to deliver world-class service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical support, strong Windows knowledge, and excellent English communication. Some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ prior experience as a technical support representative, with strong customer service and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with external customers via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our enterprise software and third-party apps.
• Escalate issues as needed and document resolutions in the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, QA and Sales.
