Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical call center support experience.
• Experience in a technical support role, or other technical experience.
• Strong customer service and relations; initiative and judgment; clear written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs and guide toward resolution.
• Troubleshoot technical systems with accuracy.
• Create cases, log history, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle challenging conversations.
• Monitor health of network, hardware, and software for customers.
• Track escalations to completion.
