Deposita, an Allied Universal Company, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to join a dynamic, customer-focused team. This remote Florida-based role delivers high-quality support to customers across industries.

The position emphasizes identifying customer needs, resolving technical issues, and maintaining superior service while documenting cases and escalating when needed. Fluency in English is expected; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical call center experience.
Experience in a technical support role or other technical experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Identify customers' needs, clarify information, provide direct support or guidance toward resolution.
Tackle a variety of problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy.
Create cases for all calls and emails, document issue history and resolution steps.
Maintain customer service as the priority and improve ability to handle challenging conversations.
Discern call-type changes and report to management.
Monitor health of network, hardware, and software for customers.
Track escalations through proper channels to completion.
