Job summary

This remote Florida role offers $17.00 per hour base, with $18.00 per hour for bilingual FRENCH (CANADIAN)/ENGLISH representatives. Preference for applicants near Jupiter, FL, and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical call center support experience.
• Experience in a technical support role or other technical experience.
• Strong customer service and customer relations.
• Ability to take initiative and learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide guidance toward resolution.
• Tackle a variety of problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy.
• Create cases for calls and emails, document steps, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and handle challenging conversations.
• Monitor health of network, hardware, and software for customers.
• Track escalations through proper channels to completion.
