Job summary

Deposita, an Allied Universal Company, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a remote Florida position. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality customer experiences to clients across retail, wholesale, and banking sectors.

Compensation includes a $17.00 per hour base rate, with $18.00 per hour for bilingual French (Canada)/English representatives. Preference for candidates near Jupiter, FL, and residing in Florida.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical call center support experience.
• Experience in a technical support role or other technical experience.
• Strong understanding of customer service and customer relations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, provide direct support or guidance toward resolution.
• Tackle a variety of problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy.
• Create cases for all calls and emails received, enter the history of the problem, steps taken, and resolution.
• Maintain customer service as a priority and handle challenging conversations effectively.
• Discern changes in call types and report to management.
• Monitor health of network, hardware, and software for our customers.
• Track escalations through proper channels to completion.
