Qualifications

• 1+ year in each of the last two roles within a fast-paced call center.
• Experience in finance, banking, insurance, or telecommunications.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls related to individual and business tax inquiries.
• Resolve Tier 1 issues and review taxpayer accounts.
• Verify, gather, and update customer information across multiple systems.
• Educate customers on online tools and current tax policies.
• Submit payment arrangement requests and document all actions.
• Meet performance metrics and participate in team activities.
