Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is looking for a Remote Tax Call Center Representative in Phoenix, AZ. You'll handle inbound calls regarding tax inquiries, verify and update customer information, and educate clients on current tax policies.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in call center roles, strong multitasking, and communication skills. A high school diploma is required, and an Associate's degree is preferred. This position offers a flexible Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in each of the last two roles within a fast-paced call center.
• Experience in finance, banking, insurance, or telecommunications.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls related to individual and business tax inquiries.
• Resolve Tier 1 issues and review taxpayer accounts.
• Verify, gather, and update customer information across multiple systems.
• Educate customers on online tools and current tax policies.
• Submit payment arrangement requests and document all actions.
• Meet performance metrics and participate in team activities.

Job description

Location: Phoenix, AZ

REMOTE ROLE (must live in the greater Phoenix area - 1 hour from Phoenix)
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible between 7:45 AM–5:15 PM
Training: 3 weeks, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Requirement: Background check
