Job summary

Cologix is seeking a bilingual French/English Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) to cover Data Center Operations roles in a high-volume environment. You will own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offers, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience recruiting in telecommunications or Data Center industry preferred.
• Experience in high-volume environment for operations roles including HVAC, Mechanical, Technician, etc.
• Bilingual French/English is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Responsible for job posting and advertisement processes.
• Schedules interviews for all roles and communicates with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Completes initial screenings of candidates and makes recommendations to hiring team.
• Assists with and drives the interview process, attending and conducting feedback sessions with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other HR staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, provincial and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Maintains recruiting databases and ATS (Lever) for recruiting reporting accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned
