Job summary

Cologix is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) to lead staffing for the Data Center Operations team. This remote, 4–5 month assignment focuses on attracting and screening diverse, qualified talent and delivering an efficient candidate experience.

You will partner with managers, post roles, screen, interview, and support offers while ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruiting, experience in high-volume environments, proficiency with Lever ATS, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven track record in recruiting, including high-volume operations and specialized roles.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Post jobs and manage advertisements.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Screen candidates and advise on next steps to the hiring team.
Assist with and drive the interview process, collecting feedback from stakeholders.
Support offers, salary ranges, start dates, and other details with the hiring team.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Maintain ATS/Lever database accuracy and recruiting data.
Perform other duties as assigned.
