Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) for a 3-month remote contract across Canada, preferably GTA or Oakville office location. The role involves high-volume recruitment, English/French candidate screening, and coordination with hiring managers.

The position offers hourly compensation and potential extension based on performance. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates in both languages, and source through LinkedIn Recruiter and various job

Qualifications

3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Strong English, professional French for screening.
Experience with full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, applicant screening, and assessments.
Familiarity with Taleo or Greenhouse is an asset.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment activities for multiple full-time and part-time positions, mainly in sales.
Review applications, assess qualifications, and conduct initial screenings in English and French.
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels when needed.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand priorities and present qualified candidates.
Coordinate candidates through the recruitment process to support timely hiring decisions.
Maintain candidate records using ATS like Taleo and Greenhouse.
Balance multiple priorities while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
