Job summary

Cologix in Denver, CO is hiring a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) to lead staffing for Data Center Operations on a 4-5 month leave coverage. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and emphasizes candidate and hiring manager experience.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment, bilingual French/English proficiency, and strong negotiation skills. Prior Lever and high-volume operations recruiting are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience recruiting in telecommunications or Data Center industry preferred.
• Experience recruiting in high-volume environments for operations roles such as HVAC, Mechanical, Technician, etc.

Responsibilities

• Drafts detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria with department managers.
• Manages job postings and advertisement processes.
• Schedules interviews and communicates with candidates throughout the process.
• Performs initial candidate screenings and makes recommendations to the hiring team.
• Facilitates interview process and feedback sessions with stakeholders.
• Assists with offers, salary ranges, start dates and other details.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintains recruiting databases and Lever ATS.
