Job summary

Cologix is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) to lead staffing for Data Center Operations. This remote, 4–5 month assignment reports to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and emphasizes a candidate- and hiring-manager experience while learning complex role requirements.

You will draft job descriptions, post roles, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and guide offers with salary ranges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years managing all phases of the recruitment process in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting in telecommunications or Data Center industries preferred.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.
• Bilingual French/English is required.

Responsibilities

• Draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers.
• Post jobs and manage advertisement processes.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Screen candidates and recommend whom to move forward.
• Assist with interview feedback sessions with stakeholders.
• Support offers, salary ranges, start dates and related details.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain ATS/Lever data for recruiting reporting accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
