Job summary

Cologix is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) to lead staffing for Data Center Operations. This remote role covers a 4–5 month leave period and focuses on attracting, screening, and presenting diverse, qualified candidates.

You will craft job descriptions, manage postings, coordinate interviews, perform screenings, and guide offers, ensuring compliance with laws and policies. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in data center or telecommunications environments.
• Experience recruiting in high-volume operations roles (HVAC, mechanical, technicians).
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and negotiate offers.
• Experience with Lever ATS or similar systems; French/English bilingual abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Draft detailed job descriptions with department managers.
• Post jobs and manage advertisement processes.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews; communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Screen candidates and present recommendations to the hiring team.
• Lead interview sessions with managers and stakeholders; support the offer process.
