Job summary

TaxSlayer is seeking fully bilingual English/Spanish Customer Support Representatives to assist Spanish-speaking clients during the 2026/2027 tax season. This fully remote role focuses on answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through the tax filing experience, without performing taxes.

Residents of FL, GA, NC, SC, or TN are eligible. Fluent English and Spanish are required, with strong customer service and problem-solving skills for a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Experience in customer service, call center, or tech support preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Translate and explain product features and troubleshooting steps in English and Spanish.
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the support system.
• Collaborate with team to meet customer needs and goals.
• Stay informed about TaxSlayer products and services.
• Follow privacy and data protection policies.
• Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace.
