TaxSlayer is seeking fully bilingual English/Spanish Customer Support Representatives to support our Spanish-speaking customers during the 2026/2027 tax season. This is a fully remote, seasonal role, requiring live in Florida and the ability to assist clients via phone, email, and chat.

You will provide courteous service, explain product features, troubleshoot issues, and help customers navigate their tax filing experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

This is a fully Remote Work from Home position to join our Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Team TaxSlayer is seeking fully bilingual English/Spanish Customer Support Representatives to support our growing Spanish-speaking customer base during the 2026/2027 tax season. In this role, you will assist Spanish-speaking clients by providing exceptional service, answering product questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping customers confidently navigate their tax filing experience. You will not be doing taxes for our clients. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Must live in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee only. Now hiring bilingual English/Spanish representatives throughout Florida, including Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Hialeah, Kissimmee, and surrounding communities. Remote work available for qualified candidates residing in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida.

Position Overview

As a Bilingual Seasonal Customer Support Representative (English/Spanish), you'll be the voice of TaxSlayer for both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers. You will provide outstanding customer service, technical assistance, and product support while helping customers successfully complete their tax filing journey. This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak tax season.

• Translate and explain product features, tax software functionality, and troubleshooting steps in both English and Spanish.

Required Qualifications

• Are fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Can professionally communicate with Spanish-speaking customers.
• Have previous customer service, call center, technical support, or tax-related experience preferred.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
