Job summary

Radix Wire & Cable, LLC seeks a bilingual Sales Engineer to support motors and transformers markets in the US and Mexico, with frequent travel to Mexico. The role will develop new accounts, nurture existing customers, and provide technical solutions across engineering and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in technical sales; Spanish is highly desirable and experience in wire and cable is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Experience with large OEMs and negotiating LTAs (preferred).
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly desirable.
• Experience in wire and cable (preferred) and selling into Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales for existing and new markets in Motors and Transformers.
• Travel 50%, primarily to Mexico; base in US or border region.
• Develop opportunities by researching accounts and providing technical solutions.
• Generate market penetration and engage key decision makers.
• Present pricing and product information; attend trade shows.
• Interpret customer requirements against product specifications.
