Technika Search in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with Magnetics expertise to serve as the technical bridge between OEM/Tier1 customers and our engineering and manufacturing teams overseas. The role emphasizes rapid, accurate technical communication to win and support custom relay-based solutions while guiding early-stage project engagement.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong Magnetics/Transformer knowledge on a component level across industrial applications.
Background at a distributor or relay-heavy OEM is preferred.
Excellent communication skills; able to interface with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Willingness to work onsite as needed for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical interface between customers and internal teams.
Interpret customer requirements into clear technical documents for overseas teams.
Support U.S. sales and GM teams with technical insight during discovery and proposal stages.
Participate in early-stage customer meetings to accelerate opportunity qualification.
Maintain strong relationships with engineering teams at OEMs and Tier1 suppliers.
