Smart Start, Inc. is hiring for a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue through inbound/outbound calls nationwide. You will sell Interlock products, deliver exceptional service, and build strong client relationships from a remote setting.

The role features hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) match, and other fringe benefits. Strong bilingual skills and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is preferred.
