Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is looking for a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue nationwide. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients from a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required and eligible for extra compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Interlock products and services.
• Present product information, resolve inquiries, and maintain client records in CRM.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Prepare tailored sales presentations and stay informed on industry trends.
