Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. seeks a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth and manage inbound/outbound calls promoting Interlock products. This fully remote position offers uncapped commissions and a comprehensive health plan.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role also values bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell products.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client concerns.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
