Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide.

You will work remotely with provided equipment and earn hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives. The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication, relationship-building, and skilled use of CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant sales/customer service/call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up and manage correspondence to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
