Job summary

Open Scientific is seeking an experienced bilingual recruiter to join our Scientific & Engineering Division in Boca Raton, FL. The role focuses on full cycle recruiting for temporary, contract-to-hire and direct hire positions across pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, aerospace/defense, chemical, cosmetic and food industries.

You will attract candidates via social media and referrals, screen and interview candidates, and document activity in our ATS while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

BS degree in Biology, Chemistry or other scientific or engineering discipline a plus.
Proficiency with internet search techniques and social media.
Must be highly organized and detail oriented with excellent time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Perform full cycle recruiting for temporary, contract-to-hire and direct hire roles in the scientific/biotech industry.
Attract candidates through social media, databases, and industry referrals.
Qualify candidates via resume review, phone screens and in-person interviews to assess skills.
Document recruiting activity in the ATS and manage communications with candidates.
