Oscar Medical Group is hiring a bilingual physician to join the Virtual Health Assessment Team. You will deliver care via phone and video and supervise Advanced Practice Providers from a remote home office.

You will report to the Director, Virtual Health Assessment, with full-time 5-day schedules (8-hour shifts) between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. You must be licensed in at least two core Oscar States and fluent in Spanish. This role is fully remote with occasional travel for meetings.

Competenze

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Fluency in Spanish determined by proctored assessment.
• 3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice.

Mansioni

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations
• Provide medical care virtually (by phone, video, & message) in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States: Must have TN License AND 1 of the following: (TX, FL)
• Active IMLCC or eligible to apply
• Willingness to be licensed in additional states with our licensing vendor
• Experience with value based care documentation standards
