Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Bilingual Physician to join our Virtual Health Assessment Team. You will deliver care to patients remotely and supervise Advanced Practice Providers while reporting to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

The role is full-time, remote, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and requires MD/DO with board certification in Internal or Family Medicine. Fluency in Spanish and active licensure in Oscar states are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish determined by assessment.
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs).
• Proficient in delivering care virtually via phone, video, or messaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state regulations.
• Provide medical care virtually (phone, video, message) per guidelines and policies.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
