Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Bilingual Physician to join the Virtual Health Assessment Team. This role delivers virtual care via phone and video and supervises Advanced Practice Providers from a home office.

Based in the United States, you will oversee clinicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across services. Requires MD/DO, board certification, and Spanish fluency; licenses in multiple Oscar States preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• US medical license in good standing
• Fluency in Spanish demonstrated by assessment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state-by-state regulations
• Provide medical care virtually (phone, video, and messages) following Oscar Medical Group guidelines
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Willingness to obtain/licensing in additional states with support from our licensing vendor
