Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is seeking a bilingual physician to join the Virtual Health Assessment Team. You will deliver care via phone and video and supervise Advanced Practice Providers while reporting to the Director, Virtual Health Assessment.

This full-time, remote role requires licensure in Oscar States and the ability to obtain licenses in others with our support. The position includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (proctored assessment) required.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations.
• Provide medical care virtually (phone, video, message) in line with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Willingness to be licensed in additional states with assistance from the company.
