Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Bilingual Physician to join the Virtual Health Assessment Team. The role involves delivering care remotely via phone and video and supervising Advanced Practice Providers.

Must be board-certified in Internal or Family Medicine, MD/DO, and fluent in Spanish. Minimum 3 years outpatient experience and active licensure in 2 Oscar States (TN plus TX/FL). Remote, full-time with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish determined by proctored assessment.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical care virtually via phone, video, and messaging.
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers within state regulations.
• Oversight of nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Oscar Medical Group policies.
• Collaborate with other providers across service lines.
