EvenUp is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate to drive early-stage personal injury case work remotely in the United States. You will initiate claims, manage medical records and police reports, and coordinate care for clients, ensuring thorough, well-documented files for attorneys to build and negotiate claims.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Excel at process execution in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Clear and professional communication with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting with strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and act as primary liaison with adjusters and carriers.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Ensure treatment progression and awareness of treatment outcomes.
• Identify and resolve lien and subrogation issues.
• Prepare complete, accurate case files for demand with lead paralegals.
