Job summary

QAD Redzone is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach (FrenchSpeaking) in the United States, with remote work and up to 80% travel. You will lead Lean transformations, coach frontline staff, and drive productivity gains across multiple plants using our AI-powered platform.

The role requires bilingual English/French, senior manufacturing leadership experience, and the ability to work across shop floor teams, CI directors, and C-level executives to realize significant improvements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French required.
• Senior Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing environments required.
• Experience in direct coaching to business clients is preferred.
• Proficiency with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and its components.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches multiple customers concurrently.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software during deployments.
• Facilitates shop-floor meetings and Daily Vital Signs sessions.
• Tracks performance data and uplifts during deployments.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities.
• Delivers executive overviews and project progress to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoots technical issues and guides next steps.
