Responsibilities

• On-Call Coverage: Respond to caregiver and client calls during assigned hours and handle after-hours staffing concerns.
• Caregiver call-offs and restaffing: Document call-offs and make reasonable restaffing attempts.
• EVV support: Assist with EVV clock-in/out issues and documentation.
• Client and caregiver support: Address urgent service issues professionally and escalate when needed.
• Documentation and handoff: Ensure accurate handoffs and complete required documentation.
