Job summary

Five Star Solutions is hiring a Member Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for members and customers. You will handle calls, texts, emails, and cases, and document interactions to ensure a positive experience.

This is a remote role open to residents in multiple states, including Oklahoma. Starting pay is $16/hour plus a $1 night/weekend differential. Hours are 9:00am–7:00pm CST, Monday–Friday, with 1–2 weeks of paid training. Full-time, benefits begin after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, or case management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries via text, email, and other channels.
• Create, update, and manage customer cases in company systems.
• Document all interactions accurately and completely.
• Resolve routine issues at first contact where possible; escalate complex issues.
• Follow established processes and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide great service.
