Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent active listening and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries via text, email, and other channels.
• Create, update, and manage customer cases in company systems.
• Document interactions accurately and completely.
• Resolve routine issues at first contact when possible.
